RestoreMAX is a company that is locally owned and operated. We are not a franchise. This company has been a vision of mine for a long time. After 15 years working as a Supply Manager and Project Manager for the Telecommunications industry I decided to venture on my own and start an independent cleaning and restoration company.

How did I come up with this idea? My family experienced a flood. After the flood, we called what we thought was a reputable restoration franchise. I figured if I called a well known franchise my odds of getting good service were higher. Unfortunately it didn’t turned out that way. My wife and I were stunned by the lack of quality, professionalism, and customer service. It took 7 days for the contractor to dry our home. The frustration of living in a damp environment with numerous dehumidifiers and air movers running 24 hours and technicians without a minimum sense of empathy was tremendous. After the contractor left I started researching and soon realized the opportunity.

So, I started RestoreMAXcentering our core business philosophy on total customer satisfaction. All our work is accomplish by a written guarantee.
