How does tes™ work?

TES Unit

The tes™ power plant generates high temperature in a unique heat exchange fluid. The fluid is then transferred to the Thermal Exchanger (tex) box. Carpet / Cushion / Wood Floor / Walls / Ceiling

The Thermal Exchanger (tex) is placed between the carpet and
cushion to float the carpet. Floating carpet contains heat to the
sub floor, walls, carpet, and pad.

Tenting woods dries faster with less damage. Injectidry directs
heat into wall or ceiling when vapor barriers such as vinyl wall
coverings exist

Evacuation

As temperature and humidity build in the damaged
area, the air mover is regulated to evacuate saturated
air to the outside.

Flir Thermal Imaging Infrared Camera

Only the most up to date technology can ensure the highest reduction of potential hazards. Our Flir Thermal Imaging Cameras takes thermal images that can detect humidity where the human eye can’t see.  Our images obtained from this camera help to determine exactly where the water migrated to and where it originated from.

State of the art water mitigation and remediation procedures

RestoreMAX uses of a combination of Reets and Bolden’sHydro-Lab drying procedures and daily monitoring to ensure the structure is completely dry eliminating the moisture entirely in the shortest time possible.

We also use Phoenix LGR De-Humidifiers, and The Phoenix Guardian HEPA System that can perform several critical air quality remediation functions simultaneously.

The Injectidry system

This System allows us to safely dry hardwood floors Non-intrusively, in a
clean and professional manner.

The panel system uses negative pressure to create a seal on the floor,
and removes moisture that would otherwise remain trapped. 

This advanced system reduces cupping and warping, and reduces the
need for expensive repairs.
